Beyond the Point
By: Yehuda Berg
Wednesday, January 14
"When a person feels tired, what exactly is it that's tired in that person? The soul does not tire, nor do the atoms tire. Fatigue, like other limitations of the physical body, is an expression of the body's desire to receive. This limitation does not, however, limit the inner quality of man." — Rav Berg
Start today by taking control of one selfish desire - it might be for coffee, cigarettes, approval, or the need to keep a 'safe distance' from your fellow employees - and show your body who's boss - your soul. Know that the body's purpose is to prevent the soul from staying connected. Time to take charge!
