This is a tough week, a time when our biggest doubts shout for attention.
Don't believe what you hear! We have an amazing year ahead of us, and we need to continue the internal battle of choosing our best thoughts to follow, while ignoring the worst.
Today, remember times in the past when you overcame a major doubt, when you succeeded at something you didn't think was possible. You are that same person, with those same qualities and gifts, and you will continue to overcome and prevail!
