We hold on to our feelings, we hide them. We think we don't deserve having our truth out there, as if our truth is not good enough, or it will burn someone, so we suppress. And when we don't express ourselves, we run on a fake track - which means we don't get where we want to go. That's wasted energy.
Energy is all we got - it's what we are. Today, use it wisely.
