Don't Mean to Judge, but

By: Yehuda Berg

Tuesday, August 4

I don't mean to judge, but -- It's OK. Go ahead and judge. Just know that judgment is a cover, an escape, a disconnect from having to feel something. Maybe it's anger this person is bringing up, or disgust, or a terrible fear. It's something strong because otherwise you wouldn't be activated.

Judgment is NEVER about the judgee. They¹re merely tickling something that¹s buried inside and is too afraid to come out.

Judge away today. And as you do it, ask yourself, "What feeling am I avoiding?"
