The solution exists before the problem. This is a kabbalistic truth that saves a lot of worrying. So often in life we freak out because we don't think there is an answer, a cure, a way out. We needn't worry. It's there. We just need to find it.
The 64 million dollar question ... how do we find it?! The first step is owning this truth that whatever issue you are facing, the solution exists.
Today, remind yourself that the Light works beyond logic. Answers come from unexpected places. But the solution exists. The more you feel this truth, the faster it will come.
