It hurts when we have conflict with the people we love. One way to resolve it is to put ourselves in their shoes. How do they see the situation? What's the pain driving their behavior? Find a way to get in their head — and heart — so that you can create a chord to their soul.
Otherwise, it's just two tikuns talking - with nobody listening.
Today, think about one person with whom you are having "an issue." Can you erase yourself from the picture for a few moments and see their side?
