There are times to stand up and be counted and there are times when we need to find a way to think of the greater good and not just our need to be heard. Sometimes what makes a person truly special is the ability and willingness to tune into everyone else.
I'm sure you can think of a time in your own life where you've encountered this situation. Today, reflect on one of those situations where there was disunity due to everyone voicing their opinion. See if you can "rewrite" another script for that movie, and make sure that next time, you do your part to enhance the unity, not chance it.
