How do you know if you are listening to your ego or to your soul?
When you are listening to your ego, you're thinking only of yourself. When you are listening to your soul, you're putting someone else into the equation.
Today, notice how difficult it is NOT to think only of yourself. And remember that the source of our joy comes from erasing ourselves and empathizing with others.
