It's difficult to get to our core issues. We're dealing with an onion. There are many layers to peel away before getting to the core; it takes time and effort.
But if we're constantly giving in to our patterns, if we're constantly judging others instead of looking at our own negative qualities, we'll keep feeding the ego.
It will be much harder to find our core issues while we're living our patterns and letting the judgment of others rule our thoughts.
Today, focus on one difficult relationship where you are bringing a lot of judgment to the table. What is one way you can change your response to this person?
