The spiritual path is a daily re-commitment. We all hit walls, those areas where we get fed up and say, "to hell with it, it's not working, I'm not working, something's not working!"
It's OK. Like I said, we all hit those rough patches.
Our task is to go back to the basics. Am I thinking of others? Am I going a little bit out of my comfort zone? Am I studying?
Today, keep it simple. Recommit to the things you know have worked for you in the past, and will work for you again right now.
