Righting the Wrongs
By: Yehuda Berg

We all have regrets about missed opportunities of saying something to a loved one, due to either an unwillingness to be uncomfortable, an aversion to rocking the boat, or good old-fashioned pride.
Go to some one you love very much - with whom you've had problems - and tell them you love them. Before you open up, consider these three conditions :
1. Completely love the person and feel as if you are them in the moment
2. Believe there's a chance the person will change from what you're saying
3. Put your agenda on hold. Cut the strings of expectation and anticipate nothing in return.
