Emerging Learning

By: Yehuda Berg

Sunday, December 28

What are you thinking about?

Many people are surprised to learn that they spend all day in meditation. Consciously or unconsciously, we are constantly devoting our precious mental powers to obsessing or worrying over an infinite array of pressing details. Rent. Health. Relationships. Lunch. Fill in the blank.

Today, why not devote some of this energy to thinking about a lesson or kabbalistic principle, something that can help you grow? The kabbalists recommend spending a few moments alone, eyes closed, concentrating on a deep spiritual lesson you have learned.

Doing this allows the concealed aspect of the learning to emerge into your consciousness.
